Interview: Francesca of Amycanbe

From the band Amycanbe out of Italy, Francesca joined me on the show to talk about their eight years together as a band and the amazing stuff they have been doing. They have been collaborating and working with Amnesty International, translating and creating songs from the works of Gertrude Stein, and just making fantastic and interesting music. We also mention Francesca’s other band Comaneci a bit as well as her very loudly purring cat and many other things.

Oh yeah, we also played three Amycanbe songs including “Everywhere” , “Rose is a Rose” and “Truth Be Told” .
