Yeah, the stress of the season, work, life… it’s getting to me. Thank goodness Sierra Alpha put out a new single, “Loco” to make me feel a bit better about it. We’ve even got a video feature with the boys singing La Roux’s “Bulletproof” (below the playlist.)

Black Bikini Alpha
With an interview with Phil of Modern Cliches, another Track of the Week, a review, and launching the new voicemail (it’s a US number, so +1, then 646-462-4073 and extension 15797) to we’ve got quite the packed show this week!
First, Phil joins us for a chat about the upcoming Modern Cliches double A side, about upcoming gigs and other things.
The Track of the Week comes to us from our new friends over at Futureproof Records and Promotions. They’re called Black Bikini Alpha and their newest single, “Nightmare” drops at the end of the month (the 29th of November.)
We’ve also got “Soar”, a pre-release track from the upcoming Zalinski EP release called Actions, Reactions and Misunderstandings. It’s quite good, and we’re gonna have them on the show for an interview next week so make sure you come back.
Speaking of coming back… come and participate on the live show! I’ve put nifty “figure-out-the-showtime-in-my-timezone” link on the website, or if you’re time zone savvy just come to The Justin Wayne Show dot com or Recharged Radio dot com at 8pm GMT. No, I didn’t go on holiday to Hawaii. Should do, though!
Phil from the Modern Cliches joins us this week to enlighten us on how a band wins an Oxford Battle of the Bands and then somehow ends up in Camden on a balcony doing a internet TV program. We also spin the new single, Your Lucky Numbers.
As a special treat and in response to getting their track played at Track of the Week (on the JW Show) Zalinski have sent us the new tracks off their upcoming EP. We’ll spin one of those and enlighten you on when and where you can learn more and get this rockin’ EP.
We’ll also be highlighting the latest David Couch review as he’s just done the album Replace, Rewire by Wellness out of New York.
Our second Track of the Week here at The Justin Wayne Show is a special one as it was handed to be at the Trenton and Free Radical single launch (which was off the hook, btw) by Phil of Futureproof Records: “Nightmare” by Black Bikini Alpha. Definitely something to look forward to.
I might also go on about the weekly shop, how Jordan can’t REALLY grow a beard, and all that other kind of silly stuff that happens LIVE again this week 8pm GMT (because the US and the UK are back to proper time… I did enjoy that nice lie in last Sunday.)
