Submit Music to the JW Show

Want to submit your music to the Justin Wayne Show?  Great!

Hard working, unsigned, and independent music is always welcome here.We exist to promote independent music and we’re always excited to expand our music library.  We are also committed to help promote each one of the bands that we play.

We want to make this submitting progress easy, so if you have questions just email us thejustinwayneshow@gmail.com and we’ll talk.

First, to make this nice and quick for you click “Add files” and send us a couple songs.  Yesss… It feels so good. But you’re not finished just yet… (don’t leave the page until these finish uploading!)  And don’t worry, the tracks you upload can only be accessed by us here at The JW Show and no one else

While your songs are uploading…

• First and foremost: Listen to a show. We’re pretty eclectic in our music but see if you’d like to be played on the show. Would it benefit you? If so…
• Check that your MP3 file’s ID tags are updated with the following information: What’s an ID tag? How do I edit ID tags?
  • Artist name
  • Song name
  • Album name
• Tracks must be at 128kpbs or higher.
  
• Send ONLY your two favorite songs. Don’t submit the whole album.
• And… please wait for the files to finish uploading before navigating away from this page.   Otherwise we won’t get them and that makes us sad.

One more thing, let’s make it legal – give us permission to play the music.  Here’s step-by-step instructions so we can PLAY your music on the show:

1. Email us to let us know you’ve dropped something off. We can’t tell where it’s from otherwise. Also say “hi” – it makes us feel loved.
2. You MUST also give us written permission to play your music on the show in the email that contains the music. Say something like, “It would be awesome if you played our music on your show!”
3. In addition, in your email please let us know if we can play your stuff on the following JW Show affiliate programs…
   1. AMPed – The Association of Music Podcasting’s Weekly Show
   2. Recharged Radio – our podcast also goes out this excellent station
   3. Album Review – you must submit the entire album for this one

1. Interviews
2. Artist of the Week (to include links for purchasing music)
3. Free Music Feature (if you offer free downloads to fans)
