JW Show 239: Oz Noy Trio Interview and Trevor Larkin Returns

Jun 9, 2014 by

Trevor Larkin joins us again in the studio and we are invaded by masters of their instruments as The Oz Noy Trio dropped by to have a chat before their show at Main Street Studios. Yes, we’ll have some excellent independent music for your ears as well.

The current amalgamation of The Oz Noy Trio includes Oteil Burbridge on bass, Keith Carlock on drums and of course, Oz Noy on guitar. If you listed all of the current touring players, these chaps will have played with all of them. We got to discussing getting in the groove, the zone, learned about the Oz Noy Trio’s most recent release, “Twisted Blues, Volume 2” and were blown away later with their live performance at Main Street Studios.
