That’s right, I had the distinct privilege of interviewing drummer, songwriter, singer, and writer Jacob Slichter who plays in a band called Semisonic and currently has a book out now called So You Wanna Be a Rock and Roll Star.  We spoke for quite a long time talking about the types of record deals artists should think about, what Semisonic went through chasing their record deal, touring, what they’re all up to now, what Jake thinks of radio and the music industry now, and a few other bits and bobs.so-you-wanna-be-a-rock-and-roll-star-cover
