We love Keston Cobblers’ Club and I love that this quirky track ‘Giraffe Junkie’ is currently available for free! It’s catchy but lovely lyrics will creep into your mind and stay locked there until you press play again, I know this as I’m already on my third listen. The band is based on the folklore of the old, penniless cobbler of Keston. His business was struggling and he would cheer himself up by throwing barn dances for the villagers. The rip-roaring dancing would wear out the soles ofthe villagers’ shoes, and so the cobbler was never short of work again!

Keston Cobblers’ Club have brought back the old Cobbler’s club and everything it stands for: the music making, the collaboration and event eh raucous barn dances!
